The Methodology Behind Every Service
Each of the three services shares the same underlying approach — assessment first, documentation throughout, and nothing done that was not discussed. The difference between them is depth and timeline, not philosophy.
Look First
Every piece is examined under magnification and assessed against known calibre documentation before any service plan is discussed.
Write It Down
A condition note is produced and shared with the owner. This forms the record and the basis for any decision to proceed.
Agree Before Acting
No work is carried out without the owner's go-ahead. For restoration projects, agreement is sought at each significant stage.

Condition Assessment & Report

Sympathetic Servicing

Assessment is best for:

Shared Standards
What Every Service Has in Common
Intake Photography
Every piece is photographed on arrival before anything is touched. Images are kept on file for the duration of the work.
Secure Storage
Pieces are held in a locked cabinet when not on the bench. All access is logged and the piece is tracked throughout its time in the workshop.
Correct Lubricants
Moebius and Lubeta oils in the correct viscosities for each component, rotated regularly to maintain specification.
Final Check
All completed work is checked against the original assessment notes before the piece is returned. Any deviation from the agreed scope is discussed first.

Service Fees
All prices are in Thai Baht and include the assessment, service record, and return to the owner. Additional parts or fabrication work are discussed and agreed separately before any cost is incurred.
